1. Eligibility
• Our services are available exclusively to individuals aged 21 years or older.
• Customers must provide valid government-issued identification to verify their age before renting.
• By using our services or accessing this website, customers confirm they meet the legal age requirement.
2. Rental Period
• The rental period begins when the equipment is handed over to the customer and ends at 12:00 PM the following day.
• Customers must return all rented equipment by the agreed deadline to avoid late fees.
• Equipment can be returned by pickup arrangement or self-drop-off at the specified address.
3. Late Returns
• Late returns are subject to a $100 fee for every 24-hour period beyond the rental term.
• Equipment not returned within 48 hours will incur charges for the full replacement cost of $700.
4. Rental Fees and Payment
• Rental fees and any additional charges (e.g., damages, late fees) will be processed via the credit card on file.
• Payment ensures the renter meets the age requirement and minimizes the risk of chargebacks.
• The rental fee for the Basic Duo Package is $80, with other package prices available upon request.
5. Customer Responsibilities
• Customers must follow all provided instructions for the proper setup, usage, and care of the rented equipment.
• Customers are fully responsible for ensuring the safe and legal use of the hookah equipment in their area.
• All rented equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. Any damage, loss, or unauthorized modifications may result in additional fees.
6. Damages and Loss
• Customers are responsible for any damage or loss of rented equipment during the rental period.
• Fees for damages or loss will be charged based on a predefined damage list provided by the company.
7. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made before receiving a notification that the equipment is en route are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations for fruit packages are subject to a $30 non-refundable fee.
8. Disclaimer and Health Risk Awareness
• Customers acknowledge the inherent health risks associated with smoking, including potential respiratory and cardiovascular issues.
• Clouds of Smoke LLC is not liable for any injuries, health problems, or property damage resulting from the use of the rented equipment.
• By renting, customers assume full responsibility for their health and safety.
9. Safety Guidelines
To ensure safe usage of the equipment:
• Use the hookah in a well-ventilated area to prevent carbon monoxide buildup.
• Place the hookah on a stable surface to avoid tipping or damage.
• Never leave a lit hookah unattended, and ensure all coals are extinguished after use.
• Use only the provided tools (e.g., tongs) to handle hot coals.
• Avoid using the hookah near children, pets, or flammable materials.
10. Privacy Policy
• Personal information provided during the booking process will be securely stored and deleted 120 days after the rental period.
• Customers’ data will only be used for purposes related to the rental agreement and will not be shared without consent.
11. Tracking Device
• Each rental bag includes a tracking device for security and logistical purposes. By renting, customers consent to the use of this device.
12. Non-Transferable Agreement
• Rental agreements are non-transferable. Customers may not lend, sublease, or transfer rented equipment to third parties.
13. Termination of Service
• The company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if terms are violated.
• Customers must return all equipment immediately upon termination, and any deposits may be forfeited.
